Design all around the world
Did you know that we have design studios in four different parts of the world?
Our main design office is in Gothenburg in the south of Sweden and then we also have studios in Barcelona, Shanghai and Camarillo.
In Camarillo Volvo has been around for 25 years and has today a complete design studio and a lot of cooperations with universities to enhance the focus on future technology. Recently we opened our latest design studio in Shanghai which isn’t fully up an running yet.
In Barcelona we have something called a digital studio which is located in an old apartment in the middle of the town. The designers in Barcelona work very close with Gothenburg with everything from the model phase to the the final design.
